         Step-by-Step Recipe

  1. Heat the Salt:
    Take a heavy-bottom pan and add 1.5 cups of salt. Heat it on high flame while stirring continuously with a perforated spoon. You’ll know it’s hot enough when you can feel the heat by keeping your hand a few inches above the salt.

  2. Add the Cashew Nuts:
    Once the salt is hot, lower the flame to medium and carefully add in the cashews. Start stirring immediately and continuously to avoid burning.

    Stir for about 1–2 minutes until the cashew nuts turn a light golden brown. Once done, remove them immediately.
