How to Make Thick Hot Chocolate
- Heat 1½ cups of milk in a pan until just warm.
- Mix 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp cornstarch with warm milk to form a paste.
- Add 2 tbsp sugar to the milk and stir well.
