  • 3 cups wheat flour (gehu ka atta)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Water (for kneading)

  • 1 tsp oil (for greasing)

  • 3 green chilies (finely chopped)

  • 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)

  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)

  • 3 tbsp mint leaves (finely chopped)

  • ¼ tsp cumin powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • ¼ tsp salt


Step-by-Step Instructions



Step 1: Prepare the Onion Stuffing

  1. In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, green chilies, garlic, coriander, and mint leaves.

  2. Add cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.

  3. Mix everything well and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a large bowl, add wheat flour and salt.

  2. Slowly add water and knead to make a soft and smooth dough.

  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.



Step 3: Roll & Shape the Snack

  1. After 20 minutes, knead the dough again and divide it into small balls.

  2. Dust with flour and roll out into a thin sheet.

  3. Spread a little oil over the sheet and place a spoonful of stuffing in the center.

  4. Fold the dough like a pastry into a square shape.


Step 4: Cooking the Snack

  1. Heat a pan with a little oil for shallow frying.
