Snacks ya nasta hum sab ke liye zaroori hote hain, lekin zyadatar snacks deep-fried hote hain jo unhealthy hote hain. Lekin kuch healthy snacks bhi hain, jaise ki yeh aate ka nasta jo pyaz aur herbs ke saath bana ek tasty aur nutritious snack hai.



Is traditional recipe mein thoda twist hai. Normal paratha ki tarah stuffing daalne aur ghumane ki zaroorat nahi hai. Bas aate ko patla roll karke stuffing rakhni hai aur pastry ke tarah fold karke fry karna hai. Is wajah se yeh banaana bhi kaafi easy hai. ✔ Yeh recipe mainly gehu ke aate se bani hai, lekin aap gehu aur maida ka mix ya sirf maida bhi use kar sakte hain. Maida se aur bhi crispy aur tasty lagega.
✔ Stuffing apni pasand se choose karein. Main yaha simple pyaz aur herbs use kiya hai, lekin aap aloo, gobhi ya koi aur stuffing bhi daal sakte hain.
✔ Aur bhi flavorful banane ke liye stuffing me thoda cheese grate karke mila sakte hain. Agar aap cheese dalenge toh yeh ek Turkish gozleme jaisa lagega.


Ingredients:

Dough ke liye:

  • 3 cup gehu ka atta

  • ½ tsp namak

  • Paani (gundhne ke liye)

  • 1 tsp tel (greasing ke liye)

Pyaz Stuffing ke liye:

  • 2 pyaz (barik kata hua)

  • 3 hari mirch (barik kati hui)

  • 2 lahsun ki kaliyan (barik kati hui)

  • 3 tbsp dhaniya patti (barik kati hui)

  • 3 tbsp pudina (barik kata hua)

  • ¼ tsp jeera powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • ¼ tsp namak




Instructions:

Pyaz Stuffing Kaise Banaye:

  1. Ek bada bowl lein aur usme 2 pyaz, 3 hari mirch, 2 lahsun ki kaliyan dalein.

  2. 3 tbsp dhaniya patti aur 3 tbsp pudina add karein.

  3. ¼ tsp jeera powder, ½ tsp garam masala aur ¼ tsp namak mila ke acchi tarah mix karein.

Dough Kaise Gundhein aur Roll Karein:



  1. Ek bade bowl me 3 cup gehu ka atta aur ½ tsp namak daal ke mix karein.

  2. Dheere dheere paani daal ke soft aur smooth dough gundhein.

  3. Dough ko cover karke 20 minute ke liye side me rakhein.


  4. 20 minute ke baad thoda aur gundhein aur phir ek ball size ka dough lein.

  5. Aate me dust karke patla roll karein.

  6. 1 tbsp tel spread karein aur stuffing daal dein.

  7. Dono sides ko fold karein aur square shape me fold karlein.


  8. Garam tel me shallow fry karein aur dono taraf golden brown hone tak sekhein.




Final Serving & Tips:

✔ Patla roll karein taaki acche se cook ho sake.
✔ Agar maida use kar rahe hain toh aur crispy aur tasty banega.
✔ Stuffing apni pasand ki daal sakte hain.
✔ Garam-garam serve karein, zyada accha lagega aur lunch box ke liye bhi pack kiya ja sakta hai.
